The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 75 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights and provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.
NRC has been operating in Sudan since early 2020 providing assistance with Emergency shelter, Livelihoods and Food Security, Water, sanitation and hygiene sectors, Information Counselling and Legal Assistance and Education.
NRC- Sudan invites interested and eligible entities to submit their application for the purpose of establishing Framework agreements and Prequalification for the following category numbers and corresponding description of goods and services for the year 2023/24

Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the Right to Accept or reject any tender application and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.
Pre-qualification/Bid forms/Invite to Tender can be collected between the hours of 9:00am and 3:30pm, Sunday to Thursday (except public holidays) at the following locations:

Interested parties can also collect pre-qualification/bid forms from Gadarif Office – East Jobarab – Alriyada Street - Gadarif Sudan.
Completed pre-qualification forms in a sealed envelope clearly indicating pre-qualification/Framework agreement -2023, the bids reference number NRC-GAD/2023/XX and the description of goods and services as above should be address to:

For financial offers, these should be allocated to a separate envelope, along with requested information and completed pre-qualification forms.
Suppliers currently working with NRC should apply if they wish to be considered.
