Subject: Consultancy for conducting third part monitoring to Qurbani project 2022 at 6 states in Sudan

Islamic Relief has been operational in Sudan since 1991. Since then our programme expanded and currently encompass WASH, Education, Health, Food security and Livelihoods and orphans sponsorship, in addition to the seasonal programmes during Ramadan and Qurbani. The funding from the Qurbani project is donated by Muslim individuals who want to fulfil their religious obligation of Udhiya and thereby feed the needy persons. Islamic Relief implements this project according to the Islamic teachings and sharia. In 2022, IR Sudan received funds to purchase and slaughter 11,470 Qurbani (about 1,638 bulls, as 1 bull equals to 7 Qurbani) targeting (32,760) HHs (163,800) right holders in 14 localities). Islamic relief Sudan is requesting for proposal (RFP) for the expression of interest detailing your technical and financial proposal with clear timeline and results to perform this third party monitoring to assess implementation of this project being carried out during Adha Eid.
