We are in the process of announcing a Request for Quotation: Supply of One Firefighting Truck as detailed in the Scope of Work

Instructions and Information to Bidders:

1. Currency of Quotation: United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED)
2. Delivery Term: CIF Port Sudan
3. Payment Term: 100% Cash against documents (CAD)
4. Liquidated damage: Total of 0.1% per day up to maximum of 5% of the Purchase Order value
5. Clarification: should be send through email (nosman@petrolinesd.com) before min 48 hours of the closing date
6. Bid Proposal Format Bidder must submit its proposal in two (2) separate packages;

(1) "Technical Proposal", and

(2) "Commercial Proposal",
